Tasting Notes - A unique, barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc. Lifted aromatics and luxuriant mouth-filling flavours of mandarin, sea spray and lime peel with a hint of honeysuckle. This complex wine spent extended time on lees creating a creamy texture, balanced by a lively clean citrus line of vibrant acidity. Production was limited to a handful of special barrels producing approximately 155 cases.
