Tasting Notes - The Silver Bridge Syrah comes from some of the oldest Syrah plantings in Canada. The flavours are deep and rich. Aromas of cherry and plum, with a bright note of raspberry, and hints of mocha, coffee, and peppery spice. Full bodied, deep and rounded, with smooth, supple tannins rounded by some time in the decanter. Fruit notes are bold, ripe, and rounded, with a touch of tart fruit on the palate and a touch of pepper and spice on the finish.
