Tasting Notes - The South facing slopes of Kacaba's Proprietor's Block capture the full days sun and produce award quality fruit used to create the estate Syrah. Aromatics of white pepper, black fruit and cigar box prevail on the nose. The palate is rich with jammy notes of strawberry and blackberry accented by spicy notes of licorice, clove, leather and smoke.
