Assemblage: 72% Cabernet Franc, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon.

This Cabernet blend has a great intensity and deep colour. A lovely aroma of sage, cedar, blackcurrant, raspberry, and almost graphite undertones. On the palate there’s a boost of cherry pie, blackberry and a raspberry grip backbone. Herbal notes of sage and a floral undertone lift the freshness and fruitiness in the mid palate.
