On the palate, a fine, focused acidity carries vibrant notes of lemongrass and lime zest. The experience concludes with a long, salivating, and subtly saline finish. Perfect with seafood or poultry.

On the nose, notes of blackberry, black currant, dried herbs, cedar, and cocoa. Complex with a long finish of firm tannins. Perfect for social sipping but also a great match for roast beef or rack of lamb.
