Tasting Notes - The 2023 Reserve Riesling has a structured acidity and a rich fullness, that contributes to its weight and body. Hints of peach, honey, apple, and kiwi are evident. The dry style allows for a variety of food pairings, including curries, Cajun, Asian, tomato, pork, chicken, turkey, white fish and salads. Savour this wine in its youth or cellar up-to 2033.

2nd Party Review: A sustainably grown, vegan-friendly Riesling from the Sustainable Premium Series of Kacaba. The grapes for this wine receive extra hang time, harvested at the beginning of November, to enhance flavour concentration. Lemon-lime and honey overlay pear and candy-apple notes. A vivaciously mineral core expands to all edges of the palate with bursts of ripe acidity zapping a high-tempo pulse of brilliance in every sip. This Ontario Riesling is energetic and wonderfully balanced. Excellent finish. Drink now or cellar until 2030. 95 points (Tasted January 2025)
