Intoxicating nose of fuzzy peaches, stone fruits, green apple, jasmine, wildflowers, and ginger. On the palate the acid is rich and round, sweetness of honey coated peaches, fresh apple and zested lime, spice of nutmeg and ginger, with a creamy texture.  This Riesling is an enhanced expression of this site with a truly unique aromatic profile.

Bright and intense nose of tropical flavors: guava, mango, passion fruit, and limestone minerality. Mouthfeel is fuller with those tropical fruits, bartlett pear, and green apple acidity. Pair with creamy dishes, grilled vegetables, Asian cuisine, foie gras, and firm yet creamy cheeses

1x Barrel Aged Chardonnay 2024

Aged for 17 months in barrel with weekly bâtonnage and partial malolactic fermentation, this Chardonnay strikes a precise balance between power and poise. The nose offers an inviting bouquet of lemon curd, fresh pear, and white peach, underscored by a sophisticated mineral edge. On the palate, a fine, focused acidity carries vibrant notes of lemongrass and lime zest. The experience concludes with a long, salivating, and subtly saline finish. Perfect with seafood or poultry.

1x Silver Bridge Syrah 2023

The Silver Bridge Syrah comes from some of the oldest Syrah plantings in Canada. The flavours are deep and rich. Aromas of cherry and plum, with a bright note of raspberry, and hints of mocha, coffee, and peppery spice. Full bodied, deep and rounded, with smooth, supple tannins rounded by some time in the decanter. Fruit notes are bold, ripe, and rounded, with a touch of tart fruit on the palate and a touch of pepper and spice on the finish.

1x  Meritage 2023

Assemblage: 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Cabernet Franc and 18% Merlot

Greater than the sum of its parts, this traditional Bordeaux style red blend combines Kacaba estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Deep ruby colour with aromas of dark fruits, dark chocolate, and sweet hints of spice. The palate is bursting with dark cherry, dark plum, dark chocolate, and licorice.

1x  Merlot 2023

Bold & complex, a small batch Merlot is a true expression of the vineyard & terroir. Barrel aged for 18 months in French & American oak creating a wonderfully complex red wine with aromas violet, ripe cherry, plush plum, and subtle notes of baking spices. Discover a palate with flavours of blackcurrant and anise with hints of toffee and oak. Match with grilled lamb or beef, Roast chicken with roasted vegetables or aged hard cheeses.
