Winemaking: Grapes were picked at peak ripeness and gently destemmed into stainless steel tanks for inoculation. Fermentation involved twice-daily manual pump-overs and punch-downs. Following pressing, the wine was racked into select French and American oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation finished in barrel, where the wine aged for 16 months. 

Tasting Notes: A gorgeous medium ruby red that hits all the right notes! Bursting with red cherry, cranberry, and fresh sage, this wine is perfectly structured with firm tannins and bright acidity. A touch of vanilla oak complements juicy red raspberry and bramble, leading to a long, savory finish of tobacco and piecrust.
