Jennifers Pinot Gris 2015
Produced in a light and crisp style. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation. All grapes for the 2015 Pinot Gris were hand harvested at the optimal sugar and acid levels from our select Pinot Gris vineyard located on prime bench land. It was immediately, gently de-stemmed and allowed to cold soak over night. The clean juice was then racked off into a stainless steel tanks where it was fermented for several weeks at an average temperature of 17 C until dryness.
