Kacaba Terrace Vineyard is a unique and highly prized area of land quickly becoming recognized for producing world class Syrah here in Niagara. The free-draining soils, warm daytime temperatures and cool nights combined with a long cool growing season encourage low yields and slow ripening. These factors, along with well-timed vineyard management techniques ensure the resulting wines are deeply coloured and well structured, with pure aromatics and & flavours classic to the variety.
